Founded in 2008, Immobilis Group has developed from a multi-family office for the management of real estate investments into a group of specialized investment and consultancy businesses which combine longstanding real estate industry expertise as well as technical real estate expertise in a special manner.

IMIIIOBILIS Group is a group of investment and consultancy businesses which manage own real estate portfolios of the partners and their co-investors and, in addition, provide private and institutional investors with consulting services for investments in commercial and residential properties. In addition, we offer consulting services in the fields of renovations of real estate portfolios. The partners of IMIIIOBILIS Group combine longstanding experience in the areas project development, transaction consultancy, asset and portfolio management as well as management of real estate businesses.  

IMIIIOBILIS Family Office assists domestic wealthy private customers and their family offices as service provider for the management and structuring of their investment properties.

IMIIIOBILIS Investment Advisors supports national and international institutional customers in the development and asset management of their investment properties.

Before founding Immobilis GmbH, the four partners Martin Pickert († 24th july 2020), Thomas Fleischmann, Prof. Dr. Matthias Ottmann and Dr. Bernhard Scholz have collected ample experience in private banking, investment- and asset management and corporate, tax and real estate law. The common thread in their education and professional practice has been enthusiasm for real estate investments, their structuring and their administration.
